Shipping

All ZEVRO Industrial orders are shipped from Japan to worldwide destinations.

We do our best to process and ship each order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. For customized products or limited-production items, processing time may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually:

5–10 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs inspections, holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Method

Orders are mainly shipped by international express courier, such as DHL Express or other reliable international shipping services.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated based on destination country, package size, and package weight. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

For special orders, oversized items, or bulk orders, additional shipping fees may apply. We will contact you before shipment if any additional confirmation is needed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges depending on your country or region.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

ZEVRO Industrial is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid import charges.

Returns

Because many ZEVRO products are custom aftermarket parts designed for specific electric motorcycle setups, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item has not been installed, modified, damaged, or scratched
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The return is approved by us before the item is sent back

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by a confirmed manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent by us.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Installed or used products
  • Customized products
  • Products damaged during installation
  • Products damaged by incorrect use
  • Products ordered incorrectly due to customer fitment mistake
  • Surface wear, scratches, or marks caused after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the package, photos of the product, and a clear description of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a reasonable solution such as replacement parts, repair support, or another suitable resolution.
