Warranty Coverage

ZEVRO products are covered against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If a product arrives with a clear manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation
• Modification or disassembly
• Crash damage or impact damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use
• Paint, anodizing, or surface wear caused by regular use
• Damage caused by third-party parts or incompatible setups

Fitment Responsibility

Some ZEVRO products are designed for modified electric motorcycles and custom builds. Please confirm compatibility before ordering. Installation should be performed carefully, and professional installation is recommended when necessary.

Warranty Solution

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we may provide a replacement part, repair support, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.
